Submission Guidelines

All papers submitted to Cyber-AI 2026 must follow the IEEE manuscript format and meet the originality requirements below. Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting through EasyChair.

IEEE A4 Format
Use the official IEEE manuscript template for conference proceedings. PDF format only.
Up to 8 Pages
Full papers up to 8 pages including all references. No headers, footers, or page numbers.
Deadline: July 10, 2026. For new submissions, the notification will be August 1st
Extended submission deadline via EasyChair. All submissions reviewed by the TPC.

Paper Format

Submitted papers (.pdf format) must use the A4 IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings.

Please make use of the appropriate IEEE template for conference proceedings to prepare your revised manuscript.

DO NOT include headers, footers, or page numbers in the final submission.

Failure to comply may result in excluding your paper from the conference proceedings.

Length

Submitted papers may be up to 8 pages, including all references.

Originality

Papers submitted to Cyber-AI must be the original work of the authors. They may not be simultaneously under review elsewhere. Publications that have been peer-reviewed and have appeared at other conferences or workshops may not be submitted.

Authors should be aware that IEEE has a strict policy with regard to plagiarism: IEEE Plagiarism Policy. The authors' prior work must be cited appropriately.

Proofreading

Please proofread your submission carefully. It is essential that the language used in the paper is clear and correct so that it is easily understandable. Both US English and UK English spelling conventions are acceptable.

Author List

Please ensure that you submit your papers with the full and final list of authors in the correct order. The author list registered for each submission is not allowed to be changed in any way after the paper submission deadline.

No-Show Policy

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference and present the paper. Failure to do so will result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings.

Publication

All papers that are accepted, registered, and presented at Cyber-AI 2026 and the co-located workshops will be submitted to IEEEXplore for publication.
