Camera Ready Guidelines

Cyber-AI 2026 uses the PayQlick system for both camera ready submission and registration. Follow the steps below carefully to ensure your paper is included in the IEEE proceedings.

PayQlick System
All camera ready submissions and registrations are handled through the PayQlick portal.
PDF Xpress Validation
All final manuscripts must be validated using IEEE PDF eXpress before submission.
IEEE Copyright Form
Authors must complete the Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) through PayQlick.
Submission Steps

Manuscript Format & Length

Your PDF final manuscript and the Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) must be submitted through the PayQlick system. Ensure your paper meets the following length requirements:

  • Full papers: 8 pages (including references)
  • Short papers: 6 pages (including references)
  • Poster papers: 2 pages (including references)

Papers that exceed the length limit must pay overlength charges. Please make use of the appropriate IEEE template for conference proceedings.

DO NOT include headers, footers, or page numbers in the final submission. Failure to comply may result in excluding your paper from the proceedings.

Registration

Please complete your paper registration on time through PayQlick. Registration instructions and rates are available on the Registration page.

NO PAPER WILL BE PUBLISHED WITHOUT THE AUTHOR'S COMPLETED REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT.

For IEEE members: sign up at PayQlick first and verify your IEEE account to activate the payment button.

Generate an IEEE Xplore Compatible PDF Using PDF eXpress

All final manuscripts must be validated using the IEEE PDF eXpress tool. Upload your camera-ready manuscript and download your validated PDF when ready.

Conference ID: 70573X (Available after June 1st, 2026)

First-time users — enter the following at ieee-pdf-express.org:

  • Conference ID: 70573X
  • Your email address
  • Your IEEE account password

Once registered:

  1. Upload the source file for conversion.
  2. Receive the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF by email for download.
  3. If your conversion is declined, the system will provide an error log. Fix the errors and repeat the process.
Previous users of PDF eXpress: enter the same password used for previous conferences and verify that your contact information is current.

Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF)

Authors must complete the Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) available through the PayQlick system. Once you complete your registration:

  • Go to "View Registration Details" or "Profile → My Registration"
  • Submit your IEEE Copyright Form (eCF)

Camera-Ready Manuscript Submission

Finally, upload your IEEE Xplore compatible PDF manuscript to the PayQlick system.

  • Go to "Profile → My Registration"
  • Upload your Camera Ready manuscript (must be IEEE PDF Certified)

Invitation Letter

Letters are only given to individuals with an accepted paper and/or full registration payment. To request a letter for visa purposes, contact [email protected] with your Paper ID and full name as in your passport.

Cancellation Policy

All refund and cancellation requests must be received by August 15, 2026. An administrative fee of 10% of the registration will be deducted from each refund.
